Okay so... no one probably does this... But I like difmap for imaging. So I have attempted to use the fits task in MIRIAD to write out a uvfits file of a source, then load that into difmap for imaging.
Sometimes this works fine! But sometimes difmap will load the file fine but then when trying to do a radplot for example I get: "uvradplt: No data within selected UV range."
I can load the file into AIPS happily and it will give me an amplitude vs uvdistance plot happily. Writing it back out of AIPS leads to the same issue in difmap. Anyone have any clue?
